What was built
The full stack on Next.js 15, from database schema through production deployment — SaaS app and marketing site alike. Claude AI auto-generates personalized client communication templates, cutting the time owners spend on follow-up emails by 60%. Stripe subscription billing with usage-based pricing handles mid-cycle upgrades and failed payment retries.
