Camino
Camino
Camino is a structured developmental reflection platform I built end to end, from the public marketing experience through Lumen's AI-guided reflections, progress model, account flows, and the Lexica follow-on path.

01 · The problem
Small businesses lose track of client relationships between the first conversation and the paid invoice, and owners burn hours on follow-up email that could be automated.
02 · The diagnosis
Small businesses weren’t losing clients to competitors — they were losing them in the gap between the first conversation and the paid invoice, where follow-up fell through the cracks. The fix wasn’t a bigger CRM; it was tracking the whole relationship through one pipeline and letting Claude draft the personalized follow-ups owners never had time to write — cutting follow-up time by 60%.
03 · What shipped
- Solo-built the product and marketing surfaces around Camino's Identity, Worldview, and Relationship framework for coherence.
- Made a 13-reflection Lumen arc, progress state, and completion record legible without turning personal development into a score-chasing dashboard.
- Connected the Lumen starting point to the Lexica follow-on path, optional coaching, and clear purchase and account flows.

05 · What I'd do differently
Draft — Chris to supply
What Chris would change with what he knows now — the honest retrospective that makes a case study worth reading.
