Effective September 5, 2026
Terms
These commercial terms apply to Howdy and Howdy Double, offered by Christopher Carter, a sole proprietor doing business as Howdy Carter. They are an operational disclosure and have not been represented as a substitute for legal advice.
Plans and billing
Howdy costs $3,995 per month and supports one active issue. Howdy Double costs $7,990 per month and supports two active issues. Stripe charges the selected amount immediately at checkout and on each monthly renewal until cancellation. There are no trials, promotion codes, or automatic free periods in this offer.
Charges are nonrefundable for the current paid period. Any refund or credit must be a written, manual exception agreed by Howdy Carter; it is not automatic and does not alter future terms.
Billing management and cancellation
You may manage payment details or cancel before renewal through Stripe’s hosted customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and service remains available through that date unless suspended for nonpayment or misuse. Stripe’s hosted portal does not offer a customer-controlled subscription pause. You may restart later through howdycarter.com.

Issues and delivery target
An issue is one focused, reviewable, shippable outcome. Chris may split work into smaller issues, ask for clarification, or decline work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the service, or blocked by missing access or authority. Only the number of active issues included in the selected plan is worked at one time.
For an accepted, unblocked issue, the target is a working first pass by the next business day. This is a qualified operating target—not a universal deadline or revenue guarantee. Scope, customer response time, access, security review, third-party approvals, platform outages, and technical dependencies can change timing. Howdy Carter will communicate material blockers and a revised next step.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, a decision owner, timely feedback, and lawful authority to use supplied materials and systems.
- Use approved secure channels for credentials and grant the least access needed. Never place secrets in checkout, email, analytics, or ordinary Trello card text.
- Review and approve consequential changes before publication, deployment, spending, or other irreversible action.
- Maintain backups and vendor accounts that remain under your control.
Results, ownership, and third parties
Howdy Carter provides professional judgment and implementation but does not guarantee sales, rankings, traffic, funding, regulatory approval, or any specific business result. Outcomes depend on the offer, market, traffic, customer decisions, implementation conditions, and other factors outside this service.
Once invoices are paid, you own the client-specific deliverables created for you, excluding pre-existing tools, reusable methods, licensed assets, open-source software, and third-party services, which remain subject to their existing rights and licenses.
Suspension, ending service, and contact
New work may be paused while an invoice is unpaid, required access is unsafe or missing, or use of the service would create material risk. Ending service does not delete billing or delivery history that must be retained for operational, accounting, or legal purposes.
Questions or written exceptions must be sent to howdy.carter@icloud.com.
