DumpLog
Help & support
Capture a thought in your voice, then find, play, or share it later.
Record a thought
Open the journal and choose New recording. Allow microphone access, speak, then use Stop and save. The recording is saved before optional transcription. You can open an entry to play the audio, read an available transcript, share a copy, or delete the entry.
The free plan supports five saved entries. A one-time Pro upgrade removes that entry limit. You can still open, play, share, and delete existing entries if Pro access changes.
A transcript is unavailable
On-device speech recognition depends on your device, language, and permissions. If it is unavailable, your saved audio remains in the journal. Check DumpLog's microphone and speech-recognition permissions in iOS Settings when you want to change access.
Keep an important recording
Open the entry and use Share to save a separate copy to a location you control. Do this before deleting an entry, removing the app, or changing devices. DumpLog does not keep a server copy that support can recover for you.
Purchases and restoring access
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. An internet connection may be needed. If no upgrade options load, try again later; a displayed option and Apple's confirmation sheet show the price before you agree to pay.
The Pro or Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a renewing subscription. Restoring purchases restores eligible access, not local app content that has been deleted.
For billing or refund requests, use Apple's purchase support. Do not send us payment-card details or your Apple Account password.
