Civila
Help & support
Organize family records, review details, and prepare a clear packet to share.
Add, review, then share
Import a selected photo or file, scan a document, add a note, or send supported content to Civila from the iOS share sheet. Review extracted dates, amounts, and names before relying on them. You can organize the material and export a packet for a recipient you choose.
Civila is an organizational tool. It does not provide legal advice or determine whether a record will be accepted by a court or another recipient.
Keep a copy before changing phones
Your records are stored locally. Use Civila's archive export when you need a separate copy, and confirm the exported file is available before deleting the app or changing devices. Deleting the app can remove records that have not been preserved elsewhere.
A photo, scan, or app lock is not working
Check Civila's permissions in iOS Settings. If text recognition is incomplete, try a clearer image and review the details manually. If biometric authentication is unavailable, use the device authentication options shown by iOS.
Purchases and restoring access
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. An internet connection may be needed. If no upgrade options load, try again later; a displayed option and Apple's confirmation sheet show the price before you agree to pay.
The Pro or Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a renewing subscription. Restoring purchases restores eligible access, not local app content that has been deleted.
For billing or refund requests, use Apple's purchase support. Do not send us payment-card details or your Apple Account password.
